Ross has come to the rescue 3 times for me now. This time a burst pipe flooded the bathroom with scalding hot water which poured through the bathroom floor and down through the kitchen ceiling, soaking my boiler and worktops, floors and gushed into the dining room. My tenant called Ross who came immediately and was there within 20 minutes. Brilliant, because he wasn’t nearby. He repaired the burst pipe and then fitted a new boiler as soon as the insurance gave the ok. I can’t praise Ross more highly. I have been let down many times by other plumbers, but now I will use only Ross. I’m happy to be contacted personally re this review.
