We needed a boiler replacement, on the very same evening I contacted Ross he came around to take a look at our boiler and was able to book us in next day. We were amazed and very glad to have it sorted immediately, especially because it was winter time. There was a cold snap that week & our boiler is accessed from outside, and Ross went on with the job without complaining! He is very friendly so we felt comfortable on the day and were able to chill in the sitting room while he did the job.
